Save yourself the frustration and do not buy from this supplier. The communication is awful and the support is non-existent. No user manual, the software that came with the printer is in Chinese language, yet it was shipped to the US. The laptop must be at least 12 years old. One piece came broken and it was delivered way past the delivery date. I buy many things from Alibaba but by far, this one is the worst.
